Delivery Policy:At Vanilla Bloom, we are dedicated to ensuring that your floral gifts arrive fresh and exquisite. Here’s what you can anticipate when you place an order with us:

Delivery Hours: Our deliveries are scheduled from 10 AM to 6 PM, every day of the week. You can select your preferred delivery date during the checkout process to suit your convenience.

Delivery Areas: We offer delivery within a 30-mile radius. For deliveries outside of these areas, please contact us for options. We provide FREE delivery within 10 miles. For distances between 10 and 20 miles, there is a $10 delivery fee, and for distances between 20 and 30 miles, the fee is $15.

Please note that delivery orders need to be placed 2-3 days in advance.

At times, the specific flower type or vase style may differ due to factors like weather, seasonal changes, and market fluctuations affecting their availability. Should such a situation arise with the arrangement you've chosen, rest assured that we'll maintain its style, theme, and color scheme, substituting only with items of equal or greater value. If particular design elements are crucial to your order, kindly mention them in the Order Notes section during checkout or reach out to us directly via phone or email.

For floral compositions, customers may opt to include a personalized message, which will be treated with utmost privacy and confidentiality, shared exclusively between the customer and the intended recipient.
