Exceptions for Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify, you must report the issue within 12 hours of delivery by emailing a photo of the arrangement to Vanillabloomca@gmail.com. Each claim is assessed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and customer satisfaction.
Flower Substitution Policy: We strive to match the arrangements shown on our website as closely as possible. However, flower availability can be unpredictable due to market and seasonal conditions. We reserve the right to substitute flowers without compromising the aesthetic value or overall design of the arrangement.
Care and Handling: Flowers are naturally perishable and require proper care. The longevity of your arrangement depends on following the care instructions provided upon delivery.
